War for the Weekend: An immersion proposal.

I propose that all RP guilds war eachother from Friday before Roba till Sunday after casino/S&V nights. This is an effort at realism ingame, not really a PVP exersize. Its goal is to see how we can RP when we "have" to back ourselves up and act as our characters would in the SW universe. I personally believe this will solve alot of our "disrespect to X faction, person, whatever" by adding the risk of circumstances.
Any takers in trying this out? The only way to find out if it works is to try it.

I'm up for it, as long as the big ol' guildwar ends at its projected time. I'd hate to try to do this while that is still going on, for obvious reasons.

I would be interested in trying it for the RP rammifications and NOT for the purpose of seeking out PVP. If members of Mercs or Trade Sec attacked Dwilah at random then I would expect RP reasons and RP consequences.

Well, Its my hopes that the more well known RP guilds on here start this off.
TTF
MERCS
TEMPL
MIDCO
If we start small and evaluate how this works, then other RP guilds can hop onboard.
I dont think we have to worry to much about unprovoked/unwarranted attacks.

Ekade just took a hit of some bad Ryll spice.. symtoms include, but are not limited to, going berserk at random times... The effects should subside in 4 days. Just FYI..

Actually I don't take spice.. but Nyvveck does.. so in order to keep up with his mind regen, I will have to as well.

Also, DB or no DB?
If no DB, do we assume 1 incap = unconcious?

yeah and also if you db'd, you cant stand up and fight without medical aid, I think its better than trying to agree on "1 incap and our down for x amount of time"

Me too! Which brings up another question...
How does decay function in Guildwars? It it full decay, similar to getting slain in PvE? Or is it the reduced PvP decay?

I'm fairly certain decay is still full! Aka, your more or less accepting wear and tear on your items to participate in this. The only acceptions I would think are... factional rules would still apply in that there are no penalties, save for pvp ranking and faction point loss, to getting killed by a member of the opposite faction; Otherwise, full decay. Last I heard on this mechanic anyway.
