Before OOC assumptions are made and people get upset over them, try pursuing matters IC. There is a lot of conflict that arises within the RP community that I think could be avoided by simply pursusing things IC rather than jumping directly to OOC accusations and assumptions.

I think this a plot point. I'm not sure. It needs to be clarified.

If someone thinks it's a joke, it's vindictive. It's not a joke that I can laugh at because I am the butt of the joke. I left Mafia and GCW PvP so I would not have to deal with vindictive players black baring my ham and destroying my armor when I feigned death. Standing over me emoting crap.

That grave marker, if it is a joke, then it was done with some of the same venom as someone emoting some crap while standing over me after I defended a base. I am not going down that road again. This is not debateable with me.

Ekade has a waypoint to a plot point and it better land right dead center on that grave stone or it better be removed.

I'm in agreement with Isleh on this one and I was the first to spot it and point it out to the two guild mates that were online. There is far too much 'one sidedness' to this current arc.

As much as keeping players 'in the dark' may add to the emmersion this is essentially becomming 'hazzing' of Temple imho!

First, this becomes a test for PvP Warring to add to the experience and; It does!

However, we've been continually strung along and 'blocked' with forms of gamming where basically we get 'no chance' at escape.

Last night I personally felt the plot line was pushed to a point of 'hazzing' directed specifically at Isleh and Ekade. So, I've bailed from this story till some things get resolved.

Finally, that 'cute' little gravestone seems more like a 'rub it in our face' move by whomever did it rather than good RP at all.

One thing I've found with MMO gamming... if your going to give your players 'no choice' about some things or want a specific result there needs to be some ooc communication going on before it happens to the players that are going to have forced on them. I don't see that being done at all here.

I do not think I'm being unreasonable about this... and I'm still willing to listen if someone will step up and take some control over this plot and start throwing some bones to poeple and not let things get pushed out of hand like this.

Playing 'evil' is a point of view and it is fun to have that in game but once it crosses the line to vindictive; which we feel it has... or at least... I feel it has.... then it's gone one step too far.

Ok this is partially my fault. I went and made sure a member of the community had zoning rights in town because they wanted to do something to enhance the event. I guess I assumed it would be in good taste.

Thanks, Jabe. I don't speak for Temple, but I will speak for myself. This related device while it may have been for the story... whoever is in charge of this one; You should at least explain to the people your going to have 'overpower' the other players with at every turn that there needs to be some tact to the RP.

If you hate someone, cool, RP your dislikes. But if your going for 'humiliation' on top of already stacking the odds continually against a side...

Well, let's be honest, this has been 'everyone' get Ekade and essentially stomp on Temple to do it. Which is fine... if you'd tell us ooc simply... ((I need Ekade to get captured and I need you all to play along for the story)). That simple. Don't have to give away plot at all. As for pushing a little too far on the hazzing... well, I'm not going to spread it on the boards because it's already in story posts and the people there know what happened. I just think the community needs to know 'don't' push things too far. Keep it fun for the people that are going to get beat too... otherwise everyone thinks it's fun... except the people you've singled out to get pounced on continually because their not being told anything.
