The story so far:
- Bounty placed placed on Ekade. MERCS accepted the job.
- It appears Mr. Viza was in charge of this operation and decided to capture members of TEMPL in an effort to coerce Ekade to surrender.
- A series of captures and daring escapes ensued. MERCS harassed TEMPL relentlessly for days.
- Finally the Kiva was captured and brought to Dohrian, where she was released the next day.
Current state:
- The MERCS are still holding Rhian captive. The Kiva assumes this is because they still wish TEMPL harm (why else keep a prisoner?)
- The mystery that remains is who is behind this and why. That is what Ekade needs to find out.
- Ekade is in the process of getting allies and informants to help.
Opportunities for involvement:
- "Bad" guys: Money is your universal excuse to participate. If a bounty is placed, all you need to do is accept it and you have a reason to hunt me.
- "Good" guys: Non-combat help can be offered in the way of shelter, medical aid, and information. Information perhaps being the most active role you can take. You can track MERC movement and relay this information to Ekade. This scenerio has rich opportunities for "spy games" and such. Combat help is needed as well. You need to determine your own IC reason for wanting to join the fight directly.
- "Faction": This arc is open-ended. Imperial involvement is suspected, so members of Rebel intelligence may want to know *why*. A likely escalation point is if the rebels get directly involved, the imperials may as well. Then everyone will be in the fracas.

- "Other": The fringe entities may take interest in this for whatever reason. People may want to help TEMPL simply because they are enemies of the MERCS or vice versa.
SIDE NOTE: A good reason to get involved in ANY arc is that it forms relationships with the characters you interact with. As our characters build history together, it becomes easier to find a reason to help (or hurt) one another and interact with one another. Always consider the benefit of developing relationships for future RP possibilities.
