There is very little that is fun to do in Chicago that does not cost money.


As I was at a local pumkin farm this weekend, walking through urine-soaked dirt as my daughter enjoyed the pony ride, I thought to myself, "You can't get this sort of fun for free, no, you have to pay for it."

Why do you think those of us spending a lot of time in the fields where those boots you city folk think are so funny? its easier to clean the shit off a flat sole with no tread before we go indoors. =)
