The fact that they're changing it yet again irritates me. The fact that it will be more of a FPS makes me annoyed. If standing alone these two facts would have bothered me but in the long run I would have felt it was fine. The fact that we will be boxed into one proffesion and the idea of costomization is out the door infurriates me. The fact that they promissed so many proffesions revamps like Squad Leader and Ranger then announce that these proffesions are getting cut out of the game entierly pissis me off to no end (that on hell of a revemp SOE). The fact that the first game that allowed us SW fans to play any type of character we wanted in the SWU has turned into this propose piece of steaming refuse has sickened me.

I will try it out but the core problem for me isn't the FPS nor is it the changed HUD. The fact that they took away the creativity of the game and boxed us into little chages for the SOE teams to poke and laugh at is in excusable. For those who care Jerrel is dead the only way he will return for good is if the game I love will return from the ashes that SOE has made of it.

I think CU1 was more like WoW in my opinion.

Hitting the number keys swaps the right mouse button to the special you selected. When I played WoW, I can't remember using the right mouse button.

right mouse button at default moved your charecters veiw, you locked onto the back of your charecters head and quite right CU1 was more like wow in my veiw also

no kidding, consoul, or however its spelled, is gonna be crazy to see how much of a mass we get WoW people might be a bit more decent then those people... I hope..... most people i met in battlegrounds on wow pretty much threw insults like they were breathing.

hrmmm... overall agressive nature uped by about 100% by constant consoul players, testosterone issues...... eh thats just my expereriences.

If crafters come back, cool. If it means more people are playing so all the player & NPC cities don't look like ghost towns, they are welcome.

I think the perception of console gamers is very short term in goals. Find End Game... Quit playing the game.

In other words... I think most think that if SWG went on Console for Playstation Online play it'd be a mass of players that signed up for maybe a month and grinded out CL 90 in no time then just quit.

Whereas the opinion is that the PC crowd tend to be a bit more dedicated to their games because these are the same people that will go nuts over the latest graphics card and expansion to a game. The console crowd probably won't buy a game they 'already have'.

I think that's where some of the thinking comes from anyway.
