Completely fair. Your offering a service as a game enhancement you don't have to. I think that says more than anything. He who pays the bills makes the rules. And I think any 'rules' here are really for the benefit of the community. Does this mean Mods/Devs aren't human and don't joke around? Heck no. Here people are a bit more free to their opinions than on a SOE board if you ask me. I think that's the overall effort... try and get everyone on the same page or agreeable terms.

You guys are mostly fair. There has been a couple of times that made me wonder but that could be easily explained by the fact that something occured via PM that warented the few times I had to wonder.

I pondered between Somewhat Fair & Completely Fair. While there have been ocassions that the moderators have slipped and maybe added fuel to a flame war, for the most part you have policed yourseves to keep the standards you have set.

I am also assuming that by "Completely Fair" you are not meaning "without any error". So, not taking it in a literal sense, I voted Completely Fair.

There are times where leadership had been completely fair, and there are times where they have not.


The choices are a little too absolute in that they imply leadership is that way all the time.

I think the SWGtales team is great! I've never had any problems. Although this is a public forum, Tales is funded privately. As such, it's the pervue of the moderators as to how to run the community and the forum. I respect the moderators on this board and what everyone brings to the community.

I think any group should go through a periodic self-evaluation and take feedback from the people it serves to look for ways to improve itself.

This allows people to be involved in the process and actually makes everyone a part of the Team.

It also gives the Team valuable information.. What do our members want? How can we serve them better? What do they like, what do they not like?

Everybody wins.

It is great on paper! Again, I think that's what is trying to be done here. But the fact is... not everybody wins! Because not everyone can agree on everything. If we could... we wouldn't get into arguements. I think that's why we do need leaders to make judgement calls as it were.

Does it mean doing the right or wrong thing is always right or wrong though? Well, I think that depends greatly on our own point of view and I think the Team knows it.
