I think it's the guy you have to vote for in the B-town (forget the name) on Tat. Bestine? You have to do a mission for the Imp guy in the back left room in the Town Hall in Bestine.

Cool! It's a plan.

Go to Bestine's capitol building.

Talk to Sean Treadwell (room on the left all the way in the back)

He'll send you to a crash site 500 meters from the captiol just outside of town.

Talk to the person there. Walk around the crashed shuttle. When you walk near a terminal it will say you picked up a datadisk.

Talk to the person at the crash site again. She'll send you back to Tredwell.

Give him the info and he gives you the painting.

Easy as pie. No fighting at all.

So much for selling them for a profit and keeping that info for ourselves!!!
