....they have a TV commercial advertising the game with the iconic changes. I saw it on Sci-Fi a little while ago. I stared at the TV in a dumbfounded shock while my dad asked, "Isn't that what you play?"

And thus I shall click the cancel button, and sit in a quiet trance for a few minutes, before moving on to something else.

why can't I just have my game back?

Can SOE take the system, cut out Jedi completely, re-skin it a little and make generic sci-fi MMO for me to play?

probably not, and LA probably holds a lot of the rights to the engine and other stuff.

So...

We rob the CU engine/theme... call up Mel Gibson and pitch it as a Road Warrior MMO... one gigantic land mass though... possibly zones. You can specialize in being butt ugly with a midget on your back.... or even a mastery at the Chainsaw!
