Observations:

- Nightcrawler taking an extra long trip between *BaMf!*'s. Yeah we new it but too bad he's not around.

- Storm gets more face time. Halle parlays that Oscar clout. Cooool with me!

- Love Triangles: Kitty Pryde-Iceman-Rogue...Sounds like a "Fun Night Stand" to me!

and more Wolvie-Jean Grey-Cyclops as 'twas in the books of old...

- Jean NOT even trying to use a doornob.

- Jean walking *with* Magneto and company toward the end of the trailer.

- Good call on Kelsey Grammer for Beast. He's got depth and range (and plenty of real life personal demons to work from).

And hope to see more Pyro!

- YES! Finally the "Fastball Special" on film. Wolverine being thrown at ludicrous speed towards some poor target, claws fully snikted! Been waiting to see that move from the books!!!

I'm so hyped I could probably jump my own car battery now!

And I even like the use of Wolverine's claws for a #3.

- Cool to see Angel brought in

- I didn't see any of Colossus (my fav) and it doesn't look like him throwing wolvie for the "fastball special"

- the beast looks terrible, blech

Look again. Collossus is sitting with everyone in the seated funeral shot, and he's walking in the intro walk-in shot (sleeveless muscle bound dood). He's just not "armored up."

Where Bryan Singer brought realism and emotion to the first two films, I just see Mr. Rush Hour making it more "comic booky" to have the fans geek out to, failing to realize that all the comic films are better suited to a more "serious" apporoach (i.e Batman Begins and Spider-Man; Fantastic Four being the "what not to do" example).

Guess I'll just have to wait and see.
