that may be true, but no one has used the forum since October, nor is anyone actively doing PC bounties

Another possibility...

Archive the Bounty Rules to our RP Guide. Then make a sticky link in public somewhere along the lines of "So you want to place/or take a bounty?"

All the rules in one place... people can step up for bounties/hunters in public at their lleisure then?
