I've seen it, but this is beyond cool:
So that the Williams' neighbors aren't disturbed by constant noise, viewers driving by the house are informed by signs to tune in to a signal broadcast over a low-power FM radio station to hear the musical accompaniment.

I'm sure the constant flashing lights and lots of cars won't disturb them at all

Pfff. They live in Texas. Their SHIRTS have flashing lights on them, including their pajamas, so I doubt a little display outside is going to do anything to disturb them.
