Well **modded**... I haven't run too many guilds in my time. My brother Coiyonite did, but it didn't last long. I guess my best advice for you is this: when it comes to your client's needs, make sure their business is finished before your business.

That is really where the magic is right there. That and the smile on their faces when they are enjoying your high quality product.. whatever that actually is in your case.
