East Coast Networking Issue

Since no one has really posted about it yet. Has anyone else been experiencing lag on our server here? There is an official post about East Coast Lag as it were. Near as I can tell this only applies to East Coast Servers like Gorath.

Pretty much on dial-up you've noticed I'm barely able to play until 9pm CST most nights right now till server load goes light. However, if I switch to Ahazi, I believe a West Coast server, at Medium load when Gorath is experiencing the same I get nearly no connection problem at all. Just figured I'd pass it on if any of you are experiencing it broadband, dial-up, cable, or otherwise... might post a little feedback here:
