Well if I'm not mistaken some of these were looted pre-NGE and I've heard no complaints so I would think there should be no issue with resources.

No pub 27 today. It was put off due to issues. At least they aren't pushing out buggy crap.

No the schematic has been out before now. The problem is that it was bugged. If you used the schematic you couldn't craft the hilt or something. So they've requested anyone that has it wait until after the publish to use it.

I just know there were screen shots before the NGE so I really believe at least one of the Old Republic Hilts was found prior to the NGE so craftable.
