update on gameplay

I was wondering if I could get some impartial updates on how the gameplay is working now. And if it is still hard to find anyone on that isn't trying out the new junk.
Combat offers you less choices than it used to, imho. You have a limited number of specials and many have somewhat lengthy cooldowns. You use those up.. and wait.. while whacking/shooting/running/healing.
The quests/loot that Mustafar gives you are an improvement (the ones that work). There are goodies and ways to get them. I was able to get some good trinkets.. and some good pearls with not too much trouble.
