Pretty much. Except it's better. Jobs has a controlling (largest in company) interest in DISNEY. The money quote from a different article:

So basically, Disney just paid Pixar 7 billion dollars to be owned by Jobs. I like that deal. A LOT.

Yeah I like the deal a lot too, Steve Job's often seems to have the Midas touch, and Disney needed a good leader after all the fighting they've been doing.

I'm going to be interested in seeing how things go, it might be a good time to buy stock in Disney though.
