Bush Says Don't Expect Oil Price Breaks

President Bush defended the huge profits of Exxon Mobil Corp. Wednesday, saying they are simply the result of the marketplace and that consumers socked with soaring energy costs should not expect price breaks.

Oh for crying out loud. You know who sets the oil prices? The traders in New York.

Can we stop villifying the oil companies who simply sell gasoline at the prices set by the traders in New York?

OH NO A COMPANY IS MAKING A PROFIT, WE CAN'T HAVE THAT.

you're right, lots of companies, mine included, aren't making a profit due to high fuel prices...

so yeah, they should just fill up the swimming pools with $100 bills and dive in and have fun
