In Need of a Headquarters

The Times is in need of a HQ of sorts. We need a deed, some furniture, the works. If someone can do this for us and give me a quote, it would be much appreciated.

It might be interesting to find new use for the large generic guild hall in Nocturnus. It would also be an interesting story line for the paper to take over what used to be an Imperial intelligence center. The droids are still standing around monitoring terminals by the way...
