To access this area, in case you didn't know (I just learned of it after 19 years!):
Once you walk into the entrance door of The Lucky Despot, you'll be in a large room with a stage in it. Turn East (Left) and walk through the door to the next large room.
In that room there is a Bith NPC named 'Boss Faeto'. South of him is a hallway that leads to a single elevator that goes UP only.
That elevator leads you to the open roof. There is seating for 40 players and standing room for perhaps another 50 without being too cramped.
Again, I don't have a date set yet for the HGWT performance, but I will update here as soon as I do.
