Ok guys, I made mention of my problems with SOE and that my "Jabe Adaks" account has serious issues. A CSR who is part of a small team (apparently .01% of all accounts on all servers are going through this) has been letting me know what the deal is because I am still having problems.

Basically I need your help. SOE has to dump all references pointing to Jabe from the Gorath server before reinserting my character data again. Most of this will be done by SOE but I asked if there is anything I can do to speed up the process. The answer was yes - if anybody here has "jabe" on their friends list please remove it. SOE's gonna have to do this for you if you don't. This along with housing ownership and other references gotta be reset. This is the only part of the process we can help speed up.

In plain English:

Remove "Jabe" from your friends list and don't re-add him. I won't be playing that character for a while anyway.

One of us should also make sure you've been removed from the town's militia.

d'oh! I just added you the other day. I'll try to remove it within a day or two depending on when i get a chance to log on. Feel fortunate, the CS people haven't been very helpful when it comes to my problem. Last night they emailed me asking what time i'd be on. I responded right when i logged on only to get another email a coupel hours later with this response, "I tried to get in touch with you since your last message but you were no longer on."

um... I was on the entire time.

It can't hurt to remove me from anything else. I have already dumped off Jabe's houses to other accounts like Coiyonite. They're gonna have to do the guild hall/guild on their own, cause I can't dump that off. If you have me on any lists in town for explicit access to any structures, that might help.. I have never been in a crafting profession, so I am certainly not on any of the factories.

I think they're just playing it by the book this time. This is the third attempt to right the situation. All parties involved (especially myself) are getting a bit frustrated. This time they're giving me a new charcater with the same name and likeness and are just gonna graduate me back to where I was over time. It seems to me what they're saying isthat the fewer things they have to look at the easier/faster this will be.

You have to have Coyote close to whoever adds you to the militia. I can hook you up tonight if need be.

Also remove Jabe from your memories, subconcious and bathroom stall writings. Don't use words like Job, Abe, Ab or Jab for now. Stay clear of Zabrak that look even remotely like jabe, including X'an, Kushiel, Abos and Tensonic. If you spot any Jabe related material do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around.

I've created a device using a toaster, 3 wire twist ties, a flux capacitor and a can of Old Spice deodorant that will collectively wipe the memory of Jabe from everyone's mind. Sadly it will also make Zannon forget he is a man and think he is Salma Hayek. Oh well, can't be perfect.
