After I've tried many other professions, then maybe, and only then if it's fixed.
I think that it has great RP possibilities, Light, Dark, or Sith. But no time soon if ever.

Dark and Sith are two different things?
I'd be tempted to try these new quests to become a jedi just to do them, see what they're like just to try something different, but I have no interest in being a jedi right now.

Yep. According to SW lore...
Any Jedi can fall to the Darkside of the Force. They are then Dark Jedi.
Sith, however are disciples of ancient magics, disciplines, and philosophies that
can augment their Darkside powers.
A Sith may have started out as a Dark Jedi yes, but once they become Sith it's like being ex-communicated or something like that.
Edited: to clarify
For example, according to SW:Databank, millenia before present game time there was a revolt of Jedi who fell to the Darkside and were banished from the Jedi Order. The came upon the planet Korriban and the indigenous Sith tribes of that planet. The Darksiders took over and mixed their beliefs with the Sith's native magic. They also took on the name of their conquered hosts.

While a little tempting, it just doesn't fit in with my concept for Star Wars. It would be fun, I guess, but I prefer to be just plain old Jinx.

I wanted to be a Jedi, really bad. Over time my desire grew less and less.
For one, this games representation of "jedi" is not as special or as awe inspiring as I once thought it would be. Secondly, I enjoy playing Ekade more and more all the time.
It's to the point now where if someone offered me a jedi, no strings attached.. I probably would not play it very much. It would take away from my Ekade time.

No desire for Jedi. Novall is perfect the way he is now without screwing him up. I'm expecting to get the visit as my force is at that level...but if I do I'll just tell him to look elseware, this Zabrak aint interested...

You do know that you can do the force sensitive quests and not become a Jedi, right?
Supposedly, you can get force sensitive bonuses to add to your template. There are combat bonuses, crafting bonuses etc. to be gained. I think it is a great concept, since you do not have to become a Jedi to get some force skills. Hopefully, this will reduce the number of Jedi in the game, as all the uber l33t d00d3 will not be forced to be Jedi to have the skill bonuses.

Just not in this game.

I will definately do the quests for the bonus to my character and I'd also like to have Jedi. Great RP potential there and I love the idea. Fits perfectly in with the Nocturnus crowd if you ask me. Plus with all the bad rep they're getting from the current Jedi maybe I could be the light in the darkness

Bah. Screw jedi. They're all over rated anyway. :P
