Well between my 3 professions, and the reason I have 3 professions, is I get the full aspect of a lot of those.

With Seret I'm a killer through and through. My current template is Master Swordsmen but I'm working for a Master Swordsman/Master Fencer/Master Brawler/TK 4/0/0/0 (plus enough Medic to effectively heal myself) combo. I just want a good vareity of combat.

With Cista is all about crafting. She'll be a shipwright when JtL comes out but right now she's a Master Weaponsmith and staying that way. I love crafting weapons and when its comes to the game I'm a weapon enthusiast. The whole crafting agenda is applaudable.

And finally with Nile I have to say that while Doc/Bio-Engineer skills are very helpful I don't find it fullfilling at all. I guess its all how inclined you are to be a support character.

As far as where I earn my dough, I was a chef for a coupla months and focussed all my efforts on the singlemost profitable item I could produce - brandy. I'm still working off the stockpile.

I chose entertainer because that is what I spend the majority of my time doing. Killing would be my 2nd vote since that is my other income source.

Entertainers don't get paid squat. The vast majority does not tip anymore. :|

You know what the funny thing is.. once you master a Melee profession.. when you go back to do Brawler.. it seems a lot harder.

Sword seemed to go the quickest. Unarmed and Pike were very slow. I wanted to take a nap in between swings of that pike... slowest weapon in the galaxy.

You ain't kidding. Now that I have novice Fencer (0/0/0/3) I'm going to Master Brawler before anything else. Getting unarmed XP is painful. Halfway into a fight I get frustrated and pull out my scythe to finish the job. I guess I have to be more patient since I still have polearms to do next.

Buy yourself a crummy viborknuckler to grind out that novice TKA. Even though you are not certified, you will still do more damage than barehanded.

I found TKA was very easy to master once I had novice. Took me no time at all... the key is to go up Power Techniques first.

Yeah, I had Zannon slice 3 Knucklers for me last night (remember I have a weaponsmith alt so I have tons) and started my path through Unarmed with it.

Thats the funny thing about Knucklers and unarmed. Even though having no certification takes the damage down its still plus damage to what you're doing without one. No sense in NOT using one.

I was Novice TK a long time ago. I was one of the lucky ones who ground it when there was no certification for Vibro Knucklers. Man I miss those days.
