Dateline: September 1, 2004 at 8:55pm MST -- Gorath crashes with a thunderous SPLAT!!!

It was ugly too. Minutes before the big crash, my mouse is acting funky and extremely sluggish. I hear a guild mate complaining that he can't get the ticket collector to work. Another says, "Hey wait, how did I go overt." Seconds later after my own shuttle ride, I find that all my macros have just gone *poof* for no reason. :x Yup. In place of them...20 some macros titled . and with one character in them. You guessed it - the character .

I rebuild my macro for buffing and start buffing someone who's tipped me. 30 seconds into it - SPLAT!!! "Connection to SWG lost!!!" and the server goes to "loading" status... 9:16pm and no sign of life still.

Yup. I didn't have any problems with the game interestingly enough before the crash, though...

Yay.. E-Li and Misha and I are chatting it up on Messenger atm. :|

Hope they don't to a rollback...

This used to happen a lot back in the day. I forgot how crappy it was to sit, waiting. :|

There I was...running right smack into a group of 8 red con Canyon Corsairs letting lose with my FWG5. When all of a sudden...."Connection to SWG lost".

YAY! I can finally remove the chains of SWG and move on to more productive things with evening. Without the possiblity of playing I can freely finish some website work and design work I've been putting off! I'm free, FREE I TELL YOU FREEEEE!!!

Well I'm playing Sepiv on Starsider...she is far underdeveloped there. Still a newbie. But the server is up. And I'm playing the different angle of being interested in the Empire there while I wait.
