Jedi System Question

Ok, I'm a little confussed...well I'm always confussed but a bit more today then usual...anyway I digress.

With this new Jedi system you do the trials at which time when you become a Padawan you can unlock an extra character? And if you so desired you could have then two Jedi on the same server, simply by completing the quests with your new character? Has anyone heard anything about this? If so this would make a great alter ego RP good jedi/bad jedi MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) character. Let me know if someone's heard something on this being possible.

no ur confusing it the new system you make ur current character a jedi by doing missons and you must give up skills to get jedi skills its like 7 points for 1 jedi skill

From what I understand it works this way. This is taken from some of Dwilah's breakdown in another thread.

1. You get force senstive by getting a series of badges.

2. An old man visits you and gives you a crystal

3. You defend the crystal from 2 Sith jedi.

4. That takes you a village on Dantooine

5. Every so often certain missions spawn from NPCs in this town

6. The XP from those missions converts to FS XP for a series of FS skills in crafting, defense and combat for you MAIN character.

7. After you complete so many FS Skills you can chose to unlock a 2nd Padawan Jedi Character.

So from the looks of it you can just get bonuses for you main character or a full blown, off the chart, slap my ass and call me Sally Jedi Padawan with powers and sabres and all.
