Ker'shakk's Monopoly Munitions. He's got stores on Naboo, Dantooine, but is based on Tatooine. It's the only place this lizard shops. As far as stats, I can't tell you, as I'm still working on using up my pre-nerf crates. :-?

And it is one of the best decorated shops I have seen.. worth going even for just the view.
