started hyperspacing to the wrong place and couldn't abort? why yes you can!! use /abort
tired of the same ole "X" reticle, try /ui reticleSelect 1 and put in a different number for every style, there's 10 or 12
how to get the firespray?
-Many of the loot in space is made up of ship parts made from Star Wars companies which can be reverse engineered by Shipwrights.
-When a part made by Kuat(KSE) is reverse engineered, there is a small chance that you may receive a numbered data disc.
-Once all 8 discs are retrieved, a shipwright can combine them in order to get a schematic to build the firespray.
-I don't know if this has changed, but in Beta the schematic had unlimited uses.
-Tada, you now have a Firespray.
some good JTL info to know
The schematic is no longer unlimited use, of that I'm sure. However, I don't know the actual number of ships you can produce with it now. But it definitely has been changed.
And also, even though Kuat is the maker of the Firespray, I'm fairly certain that the Firespray discs can be gotten by REing any looted parts, not just Kuat parts.
*edit*
Flurry has built the first Firespray. Limited use schematic was confirmed as having 3 uses.
*edit again*
Another SW has gotten a Firespray schematic and has one for 5 uses. Speculation is that it may be a random number. Also, final disc was RE'd from a Mon Cal part, so yeah, you can potentialy get the Firespray from REing ANY looted part, not just Kuat parts.
Get those good creds from desperate SWs while you can. I've seen at least a couple guys who don't know better paying 25k each for Kuat parts because they think they have a better chance of KSE discs from them.

Ahh... so suddenly there is a use behind RE again
I need a firespray.. let me know if you guys are putting together a community components fund to make this happen.
Maybe we should all give our parts to a shipwright that we truse. They can RE and sell the parts for profit and hopefully build up what they need to produce the firespray. Thoughts?

Aren't you going down the Rebel Pilot path, Ekade? The Firespray can only be flown by a Master Privateer Pilot.Ekade wrote:Ahh... so suddenly there is a use behind RE again

Zannon and I may be pirates but you can trust us. If you need colateral we'll let you hold onto Dooo. Treat him however you like.

You don't have to give us the RE parts. We can just RE them and hand 'em right back. In some cases you might want them back. Just remember to check those RE number. So if you get a level 4 part make sure you have 4 of that same part to give a SW.

I know Glacial would love to bump into a Shipwright who would take components for RE work.
I've heard of some people using backpacks... they drop components off at a vendor in a named pack. The SW does the RE thing when he/she feels like it and places the pack back on the vendor at a reasonable price.
I don't know how you restrict access to the vendor to trusted parties only, but I'm sure that would be fairly easy.
If someone was willing to set something like this up with me... they can have any firespray parts from my stuff. My stolen Hutt fighters are plenty adequate for now.

That's right. At least according to the Game Guide and a few SOE Forum releases I've seen.Dwilah wrote:I think the Firespray can be flown by a Master Pilot of any faction...?
Triple check it with some Imperial and Rebel Pilots. Have them look on their Skill Sheet to see if the KSE Firespray is certed at Master Pilot. It should be there.

I stand corrected. Firesprays for everyone!
This is my suggestion to you all for Loot Parts.
Keep them until you find a nice ole shipwright. Let the SW RE them and then take them back. Keep what may be better for you ship and sell the rest on the bazaar for 3k-6k. Trust me they'll sell.

Are you sure? I hopped on the bazzar and as of now, there are over 500 ship loot pieces on there, and they are mostly crap. I won't look through them because I don't have time to keep viewing 100-213 weapons or 30 speed engines.Seret Sajet wrote:Keep what may be better for you ship and sell the rest on the bazaar for 3k-6k. A couple people I know have been selling their loot parts like crazy on the bazaar. Some areas might be more saturated than others right now. As time goes on they will probably sell less and less. Also take into account the shipwrights out there just buying up what they can in hopes of getting the Firespray schem.
