Halo 2: One mode down, one to go.

Beat it on normal. Stayed up all night, and i'm at work regreting it now. All I have to say is, don't beat it on normal mode. Play it on legendary. I was playing it with a friend and he wanted to do it on normal. Now I just need to go back on mine on legendary.

Haven't got an xbox. The only Halo work I know is to plant the bomb, run the flag, and cover the guy next to me.

Halo2... GREAT GAME.

Played a Halo 2 LAN party from 4-9:30pm on Saturday, and I have to say that it's a really great title. I don't think it's necessarily groundbreaking, but the multiplayer certainly rates. Takes me back to my old Marathon days.

One thing that they really got right was that it ignores inputs past a certain threshold. So, mouse and keyboard users (on the Xbox) have ZERO advantage over controller users, since you can't set the look speed to be at a 1:1 ratio with the mouse movement. You're still stuck turning around at the fastest speed you could with a controller. That's a first for console FPSs.

It's not worth me paying $200 for ($28 keyboard/mouse adapter, $60 VGA adapter so I could play upstairs on my PC monitor where the keyboard and mouse are, $50 for the game and $50 to re-subscribe my now expired Live account, +tax), but I enjoy playing it on a LAN in my buddy's basement.

I'm loving it. I just recently discovered that you can bring not one, but THREE guest with you to play on line. Had some friends over and we were just tearing them all up. Team Nyase will be feared!

My 2 cents about that which is "Halo..."


I hate Halo for 2 reasons...

1. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the story for Halo 1 when everyone that lived on my dorm floor last year thought it was the greatest story ever...

2. It truly is "just another 1st person shooter..."

I'm not the biggest fan of FPSs but there have been a few that I really enjoy playing (SW Battlefront) and Halo is one game that I truly HATE playing...

I was talking with DT about this before. There will always be that ONE person who can kick everyone's ass... Now tell me where is the fun getting your ass handed to you, not just MOST of the time, but ALL the time??

And people say that I'm wrong for not liking a game because they can beat me... but its just like those pussy 15 year olds that play SWG and think that if they can beat you in a duel, then they must be all powerful/knowledgeable and you should bow down to them...

One word to those pecks...
