Does anybody know anything about the Combat Upgrade?

I think the title says it all. I happen to be in a unique position, in that I need to rebuild a character right around the time of the Combat revamp. I was just wondering if anybody had heard any credible information about what is going to happen in the next few months.

All I know is that Griggs is in the group that is testing this and offering feedback. All of his comments thusfar have been very positive.
