Glacial had it right...this was a test for gEEkiness, not for nerdiness. Judging from the questions, those who made this up had to be about 32 or older...and were geeks rather than nerds. Nerds would have thrown in questions about literature, history, science fictiona and, possibly, comics.
According to my sources , gEEk and nerd were not recognized as separate until sometime after Revenge of the Nerds was made, but that the separation was already becoming apparent by that time.
Btw, I got only a 62.

And i'm not a gEEk. Mathematical subjects make me sneeze.
