Any scatter pistol users notice this?

that the visual effects just changed for the scatter pistol

previously when it shot, it made a red "flare" out the gun and shot 3 red bolts per shot


tonight, its a green flare, it has smoke clouds too out the barrel, and it shoots 5 red bolts per shot

Odd, I thought that was how it always shot.

My scatter actually died the other night so I haven't used one the last few days, I may pick up a cheap one just to check it out.

Yeah I noticed it too but just though I was imagining things. Usually dont pay attention to what my gun is shooting out just what my gun is shooting at.
