Not entirely sure, but I was kind of under the impression that Cover and Injury Healing Speed are bogus stats now. Does anyone know otherwise? Were these looted before or after the CU?

Yes, these were looted pre CU. Cover still works for Rifleman I think. Not sure about injury treatment speed.
