Where the hell is the Imp Camp that you need to steal stuff from when you take the smugger's quest in the Caverns in the dead forest? I found one with the two scout troopers at it, but when I use the crate, I don't get a message that I found or didn't find anything.

Look on the map, and go to POI. It's the abandonded camp. It has a bunch of Black Scale trandos in it.
