Mos Eisley cantina was THE scene. Adventurers would gather there while forming their hunting groups. They would banter with eachother, and with the entertainers. The "wild" was a scary place, not to be travelled lightly.

Yeah, Mos Eisley was definitely kicking. Now that that's where all the new chars spawn, it might just go back to that also.

Yeah, the wilds used to be exactly that. I still remember when the Fambaa invasions of Moenia first happened. Man, that made for some good RP as we all tried to discern what beacon must be hidden in the town to make the fambaas come crashing into town. We all figured it must be an Imperial job to try and crush the Rebel-sympathizers in Moenia.

Ah yes, those were the days. And still are in most respects.

Well my first RP experience in Galaxies was with Alonzo. I was just outside Coronet trainning a new mount by having it fight the wildlife just NE of the city and I get this random tell asking me if I was a roleplayer. I responded by who is this and how did you get my private comlink channel. We had a little banter back and forth all the while I'm siting there thinkin "FINALLY RP!!!!" We eventually meet up at the cantina and he had two guys with his acting as guards (by the way those two where great too but I cannot remember their names). Alonzo wanted me to join the TTF but the background I had for Jerrel and the way I rped our first contact Jerrel was too suspious of the guy, since then Alonzo kept trying to get me to join ooc and ic but it didn't happen til my first absence from the game and that was accually my favorit rp scene I've been part of.

Anyway, I, like some of you, had been playing since launch but I roamed around Coronet and Bela Vista. I tried to rp my toon but after the first month of no one really responding well and a German start bashing the pres when she found out that I was an American I kinda gave up but that was when Alonzo contacted me. So thx man if I didn't run into you I probably would have left the game a month after I meet you.

My first RP experience in game was THE very first night I played. I had no idea what was going on or how to even get where we were going. Zannon, Oeree, and I were going over to Dossk's lair to negotiate the release of Dwilah. Kind of a neat first experience.

Zannon had to loan me a set of back and blue ubese armor and a gun so that I didn't look like a total wuss. It was cool!

Uh, is it bad that I cannot remember for the life of me what my first RP experience in-game was? I mean this should come as no suprise because those that know me know my memory is worth about as much as a Krusshyk-skin coat but you'd think I'd remember something like that.

Its kind of like trying to remember the first time you ever swore. You just feel like you've been doing it your whole life.

Anyone without a crap memory out there remember an early RP experience with Seret? Please, I need the synaptic jolt.

First RP experience....shortly after joining up on Gorath server (I'd played on other servers a whole lot, but couldn't find good RP), I got in contact with the amazing Dwi and joined a party going to the Imperial Prison. I can't remember what for or why, but I remember it was rather spiffy and thus revived my faint hope in humanity....

...well, maybe not that amazing, but it was big kicks.

My first RP experience in SWG (other than the wierd-ass German matriarchial S&M guild that hired me out to make them custom furniture) was when a guy dressed as an IMP officer with an ATST out stopped me and asked for my papers on Rori when I was on a harvester run. It was shortly after launch and he did a really good job. He even shadowed me out to my harvesters and then hit me up for harvesting permits.

It was pretty cool...and then when I made Trayuse and passed him off as a different player, I based him off that guy.

The first Rp for me was with Dariis and Mafiro. The guild I had been in had just broke up, and I ended up in Thune for some reason that I can't really remember. But that was just great RP, so great that I dropped Bh to become a melee only fighter. After I cam back from my long absence, I found Dariis again and RPed a great story about why I was gone, of course, I found him after having a random RP with a guy named Duox. He brought me back to RP, and met all you crazy people. Haven't regreted it since.

My first RP experience that I can really remember well was with Kincaide, Imperial officer extrordinaire. He brought himself and his man Heinrich and RPed the fitting and order of new Imperial uniforms from Tailor Dwilah. It was quite fun.

My first RP experience was when Seret asked me to come along and meet this aussie player named Trayuse. We went to this cantina and Trayuse explained why the followers of Lord Nyax are a threat. We went and got pwned, but it was fun.

I was actually nervous cause Seret was like "this guy never breaks character, don't act like a goof." So I stayed really quiet and tried to be IC, even though I had no clue how to RP.

Many months later, I come and find out that Trayuse was Zannon.

"The sisterhood of darkrealm" for the life of my i can't remember their guild abbreviation, but its not SoD or anything...

Anyway the first time i met those was QUITE hilarious.

For those who don't know TTF too well...we're pretty PG-13 RP storylines. Very businesslike in our profiles, etc. Not the BH/smuggler stuff, its all diplomats, officials, etc.

We are planning an event, this is pre-roba...i think it was to celebrate the opening of our Arena for pvp....

I bumped into one of them, Lady A-I, and had a bit of RP, a bit too "medieval" but i didn't think much of it..you know "M'lord and M'lady" and such...

well i find out her guild are "entertainers" so i go "great, why don't you come to dohrian, you can entertain our guests at our business meeting with our investors prior to the event.

So here they show up, white gowns, hooded...


then they proceed in front of a very diplomatic official meeting, to start stripping and making out and such.

Then they inform "we are special entertainers" lol we had a good laugh OOC but it pretty much killed the mood for our RP plans that night lol

I can't even remember my first RP experiance. I think it was one of my random Imperial Officer patroling Restuss moments though. The RP that still stands out the most for me was our Role playing PVP raids with Col. Tramel Raggs into the then always populated rebel outpost. We would shuttle in, or sometimes walk, and warn the populace that there was suspected rebel activity, but we were there for their own protection. We'd then patrol the city till we were attacked by some random person. We would stay till it seemd the outpost had been pacified then left.

My first RP experience would have been with Dariis, probably my second month in game.
Pretty sure he was the first melee guy I met, since nobody realized back then melee was uber powerful.
Cant remember how it started... But I know it was in Eisley. Everything was always in Eisley back then.

Lucky for me I met up with him about a year later again, after I had joined this community.
