Doorman policy is temporarily cancelled..cantina is totally public again for this weekend.


I have a huge RL party this weekend, big annual event and i won't be there to let people in. Normally this wouldn't stop it, but Malchiah (RL friend) is also coming, as well as Aerulai, and even Toront is flying down all the way from the great north to pay us a visit so that leaves the admin list pretty thin. We don't want to risk no one being able to let people in so its just gonna be public again.

On a side note:

xXx and other idiots are routinely wrecking RP events now, they showed up late for the roba last week but i figure they will be more prompt this time. I beg you all to report them, not just the simple /report method, the CSRs ignore that.

Hit CTRL-H, customer service, report harrassment.

This opens an actual ticket the CSR WILL reply to, it will be a typical form letter response, but these tickets actually COUNT. If you see these idiots doing anything, report them using both methods. If people at the kreetles event, and roba event do this, Pex said he will give it that extra nudge to make sure something gets done.

just to be extra clear, the roba is still 100% happening, just the doorman policy is being dropped....event is still happening

Just a side note:

We used to get "griefed" when I advertised events on the Gorath SOE boards.

When I stopped, the griefing seemed to die down, but we also had smaller turnouts.

Cant you just give rights to some accepted and well known players you could trust?
I mean, I guess this could be a possibility...
I noticed these problems the time I was there, I was able to ignore it, but the rate at which these people appeared seemed kinda...weird.

And I was lucky that somehow the german com worked something out as in: Non-RP ignore or dont disturb RP events...
