The Denmark is in fact the "Dirty Thirty."

The drive-through that showed porn isn't the one behind Zan's house, it's the one that's just been levelled off of New York Street (N side) just W of the mall. It's being turned into town-houses, and hasn't been operational for at least 15 years.
