I have heard these no longer drop in game so was hoping to get confirmation of this - and if so to buy or borrow an armband for RP purposes. If any one has one they are willing to part with either for sale or on loan please send me a pm to discuss

Yeap, no more drops on this item. And it goes for high double digit millions. I'd almost say... ask for someone to RP with it on as opposed to 'borrowing' it . :D

I wouldn't mind getting one of these for Vreese though.
