Too little sleep #_#

When i left swg i hoped i woudl come back and find the game exciting and such things once again, and since i came back its been a swg craze for me, ive been up night and day and slept maye 1/3d or maybe less than normally.

This is because ive found sucha wonderful exciting guild on bria, so my character there is now my primary and not chaar darkstalker, i feel kidna stuck on gorath and all my friends are loooooooong gone.

Had so much fun yesterday, the city harrogath on bria where my character has his hosue (n guild) got under heavy attack by imperials (yes im rebel there) and we kept on defending it, the battle lasted for over 2hours and we had to call for backup from other people. When the dead had been counted and the battle was over we had lost like 4-5 turrets which were around our three bases.

Beside that ive got a very good bh armor and a insane lhvy lightning rifle wich got a 12% speed slice today =) i just cant get enough of swg at the moment and im so happy i could come back right now =)

Does anynone know if there is any rp communitys on bria?

Only problem is that i have so much fun i cant sleep, i feel like a old rusty hunk a junk lol my eyes is hanging below my nose but i have so much fun =D

I have the same problem with WoW. There is always so much happening on my server that I have a hard time tearing myself away from it.

I think there tends to be more fun on high-pop servers than on low-pop servers as there are more people doing things. As such, the fun level remains high and people, like you and me, tend to spend more time there. It becomes a sustained reaction. :D (See my theories on Critical Mass  )

It's hard not to go where the fun is.

The question then becomes.. what is keeping us from having that kind of fun on Gorath? Food for thought. :)

What is keeping you from fun events like the large group hunt on Dathomir last night? :D

39 people wanting me to help them slay a Dragon.

It was an event that I signed up for many weeks back.

Dathomir sounds like a lot of fun in a large group. I went there about a year ago and we visited the nightsister labor camp (I think it is called that). That was one of the coolest PvE experiences I had in the game. :D I want to go to the "cool places".

Well, I'm just saying...the only thing keeping "fun" stuff from happening on Gorath and this community is a lack of people willing to organize and play together. When you set something up and send out the word, people will come. There were a LOT of people there last night...we had two groups playing together. A few people decided it wasn't for them, but for-fun OOC hunts are just that--for fun. We have fun stuff to explore and do in SWG both IC and OOC. I think to some extent people just have to remember it.

Well in the fact that your biggest strength here is your roleplaying ability I think you control your own ability to have fun in SWG Kadey. Roleplay, organize, coordinate, etc, its one thing for people to get discouraged about the game because a specific game mechanic puts a damper on their fun. Those people that derive the majority of their enjoyment from roleplaying can "hotfix" their own gameplay.

I think people have to do more then just point out that something is wrong, bad, or broken, they have to try to offer an alternative or a solution. To do so otherwise I think is just contributing to negativity that I really don't want to waste my time with. A good example would be the plot thread or story starter ideas that Batty has posted recently, or Chaar's recent ideas or nearly any of the events Dwilly puts together. I for one loved attending the ceremony that the Goddess followers put together many months back.

I think the game and its setting have a lot to offer, sure its quite flawed but all MMORG's are, but it has an enviroment and backstory rich with possibilities. Your challenge Mr Phelps, if you choose to accept it, is to take advantage of these possibilities.

Oh, I know.. You are 100% right. I have preached much the same. :D

I'm glad you enjoyed the Temple Dedication Ceremony in Nocturnus. :) It was meant to be a springboard for RP between Templ and everyone else in Nocturnus, but in that regard it did not suceed as I had hoped.

I love the community here.. I'm just burnt out.. or discouraged.. or something. I am not sure what exactly.
