offical SWG forums frozen
From what I have seen, I tried replying to threads, I tried making a thread. They froze it. Tell me what you think this means please.

Maybe your browser is unhappy, or it's your account. Did you cancel? Can you post with cancelled accounts? Check the latest posts and see if other people are still posting. It may just be you.

I had active acct. At least for a little whle longer, the more I play this NGE the more I dislike it. and if you have checked some forums they have locked certain threads that say what SOE is doing... And I am coming to a conclusion about this: They want SWG dead.

We've got plenty of threads stirring this up right now. They don't want it dead. And, in part, I think it's all the griping we've been doing (since launch) that ultimately caused this anyway.
It's a different game now. If it succeeds; Cool! If it fails; Cest La Vie! As a community here... those of us willing to stick it out will still be here. Those of us that don't want to... won't. Isn't that what it boils down to?
There will be no Pre-NGE Rollback.
They don't want people to leave but, in part, it was a community griping that caused the changes; they looked at the game that community went to and tried to copy it 'after the fact' of people comming back to a Combat Upgrade. I believe this NGE was already in the works. Some cogs were already in motion and seldom will a company 'halt' once they've got money in development speant.
I think what I'm saying, Snado, is that the 'hype' going on is probably just that. And a bunch of people are just fueling a fire that was already snuffed out. The NGE is staying... their not porting it to console... and their already aware of fixes that need to be made. The forum going down is nothing new. They do maintainance. They do block canceled subscriptions from posting usually.
