I'm not sure which one my girlfriend hates more:
The NGE itself or me for being willing to give them a chance to make it playable again.
I try to avoid bring up the topic of SWG whenever possible.

My wife is resigned to the fact that I will always be playing SOMETHING online lol. I left SWG and she was happy mainly because she used to always ask me "How can you possibly enjoy playing something you complain about so much? It seems like work to me."

Ah the wisdom of the wife.

Now I'm back to DAoC and my gametime is spent in quiet enjoyment. Think I'm going to get the Darkness Rising expansion...looks pretty sweet.

I am totally glad that Hashum's wife is glad that Griven stopped playing and has moved on to guild wars.

She played the Sims for awhile, but decided to join me in SWG so we were doin the same thing, it is nice, and there is not as much pressure to log off and spend time now

This wife is still *eh* about it. Mostly pissed about the profession changes and more touchy interface to do things than anything. Guess I might not be the player type they made the NGE for.

I spend an equal amount on the computer still. Except now my time is spent staring at forums and documents. With a little time for the game here and there...

Heheh my husband is happy about the NGE also. I have tried to get him interested in trying swg but he'd rather be playing paintball. /shrug go figure
