Its not in bullet points but you get the idea. There will be an quasi-XP nerf. Not that XP per kill is going down but its kinda designed to stop n00bs from hunting with vets to jump 10 levels at a time...

Basically quest XP can't be used to cross a level. If you are 10k away from a level and you take a 8k quest you get 5k or in other words half of what you need to level up. So basically don't be dumb, quest right after getting a new CL and grind something towards the end. The unfortunate reality is that level 1 guys were goign to Mustafar with high end players and getting those 100k xp quests and progressing like mad. Blame them.

You know... really, so what. when they get up to level 70-80 they would have wished they had not done those quests. The best thing would be to not let low end players take high end quests.

I don't think their fully done putting in the quest system... this won't seem as big of a deal... I'd say 3-6 months from now. They've got a lot of areas to critique now.

I'm more happy that their addressing other fixes to quests as well and other areas of the game than I am that quest xp nerf as it were.

I'm eager to try out the new target through friendly thing myself.

I didn't quite get the point of that Esc key part though... unless they've given us a target 'lock' back? Because I sure don't know how to cycle through targets right now since there is no tabbing.
