Tab targeting is back in a limited capacity

While for combat, you must still have your mouse crosshairs to attack, it also works for friendlies.

I can once again do:

/tar Batak;/kowtow and Kowtow to Batak

I have remapped my tab and shift+tab keys to cycle through friendlies (Options, Keymap, targeting). In that section, I also see the capability for componets as well in the keymap.
