Anyone know about ripping, encoding DVD's into DIVX?(for personal backup) I've been to Doom9.org(the unofficial site for all things regarding DVD backup/ripping) but the whold process seems rather labor intensive and complicated.
Anyone have advice as to how to make this work?
ILL
help with dvd backup/divx?
riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight, for personal backup
/wink
anyway, you could do it by first ripping it off the dvd, then drop it into a video editor (adobe premiere or whatever), then encode it again in divx format
