I'm unclear on what you are saying...Are you agreeing? Disagreeing? Highlighting my stupidity? I would appricate it if you cleared that up for me.

I am agreeing with you however there is a distinction here that apparently Chay-Ara and Kirt are missing.

If you see an Overt in the middle of an NPC city, blast away. But maybe, at a RP event, the focus should not to go all "fair game" try to get a little RP out of the encounter if it would make sense.

I also noticed a trend of the use of bold fonts so I decided to cut to the end part where we start using the Huge fonts. However I made a mistake and forgot the use of italic and the underline.

The color was thrown in for good measure.
