Well, after a month off(more if you count the lack of gaming even before I canceled), I'm back and more lost than ever. There any of the old folks still around who could perhaps teach an old Imperial some new tricks?

I am around. But I am really jedi oriented. I think Nyvveck, who is our resident Imperial Inquisitor would gladly take you under his wing if you're looking for a group to retrain with. Imperials are needed badly right now.

A major thing to know.. Quests give you XP. You need to quest in order to advance at a decent rate. The old "grind" is not worth the effort anymore. You'll really need the Trials expansion to get to CL90.

Eh, I was a fool and preordered that way back when. Are the trials and kasshyyk still the only places to even grab quest? I couldn't see a damned thing on Mustafar. PLace is even darker than Dathomir.

I changed my IG contrast setting and am doing fine with it now. Mustafar has the best XP, but kashyyyk is good too.

I had that same problem. I went into setting and just cranked up the Brightness so I could see while on Mustafar. Nyvveck does have a few of us on Imperial Retainer now. The buzz is exciting.

Yeap, Kashyyyk and Mustafar are your bests bets. Loot drops and Quest Rewards are typically your best option for gear now as well.

Alright. I'll log on for an hour or so before I head into work. The final update MIGHT be done in time for that anyway. Thanks for the Mustafar brightness tip. Last time I did that though everything just turned white and looked foggy. Maybe I'll get a change this time.


Also, what's this instant travle thing they're spaming? That something new for everyone, or am I just boned because I'm a vet and didn't get the starter kit?
