Yikes, late entry I see.

This is a bullshit rumor. If the net profit after paying their fixed costs(wages/equipment) is less than the money spent in the continued development of the game over a sustained quarter, it's a good bet that SOE will shut the game down. From an investors standpoint, trending down for 2 or more fiscal quarters is just bad. It's just a business decision and I would expect any good money manager to do the same for that matter.
