Being smart is knowing when to attack and when not to attack and using your abilities to their fullest. Spies strongest ability is their stealth. I would be an idiot not to use it to it's fullest.

I find it funny how they make the game more unbalanced when trying to balanced.

commando w/ lava cannon pwns everything else
everything else is horrible unless its for pve

I don't know. Everybody seems to have something. For instance:

"Spies can now use a smoke grenade before going into stealth mode to bypass the witness check."

"Saber Block will no longer block attacks from mines, grenades, bombs, etc."

So I could takes out a light flame thrower or I can go into stealth mode and start dropping mines against a Jedi.

If a commando just hoses with a heavy weapon I could maybe run close to a mob and cause him to draw agro.

I stealth and move to another position. While the commando ( or anyone for that matter) is using a heavy weapon's area attack to find me, they are in combat and heal at the lower rate while, if I can stay out of combat, I heal at the faster rate ( although I will be draining my action ).

Well i know with my commando the only thing i couldnt beat was a jedi (did double incap a few times with newbies) and with my spy i couldnt do much (probably because im not a good spy). Spy mines that are dropable dont work in cities they are purely for pve

There is no Tactical Advantage anymore, just numbers and If your on vent..thats it. Even with Vent, calling Targets isnt a great thing anymore, the problem will remain that the game is no longer made for a thinking mind, but for fast mindless action which is what they wanted...and what they got. Mindless PvP, no tactics, No out-thinking. It cant be done in the NGE Ive tried it many times...it doesnt work. Oh and Isleh, droping your traps does nothing to a jedi that Zig-Zags while chasing you, ive been able to beat spys and all trap laying Professions that way, it aint hard just zig zag throws the target off and his action is low...=death for the target.
