Well I dont know about "speaks" maybe ... hints at content. These letters are a joke, they dont say anymore than we have learned in the past month in a half. Gives me not much in the way of hope for the future of the game.

i actually think the pub 27 changes will be nice and dont really need reassureance (spelling??) from the producers... all they do is push papers anyways.

Im thinking the ~ means not the 80% that left the game or still play for sheer boredom of other games that are just as lame *Cough* wow* cough*

read it again, 80% of players STILL in game.... so it could be a total of 10 players...8 of which are veterans.

TH's post contained alot of good news about things being fixed. It's nice to see this broken vehicle getting fixed. But, from the looks of the producer's letter, there's no one behind the wheel.

So, say we have somewhere around 1000 players on Gorath. 800 are veterans, and 200 are newbies...that means that Gorath has picked up only about 80 new players a month? Given that most of those will be fps players, they will take how long to go thru all the content that they are interested in...maybe 3 months (during the school year...faster during the summer)?

Then they leave for the next game.

I think that Gorath would balance out at between 1500 and 2000. If that is typical of all servers, would there be enuff income to maintain the game?
