Returning Players Check-in Thread

This is basically just a welcome back / check-in thread. As far as I know everyone from this community that is playing SWG again is on Restoration 3. Please give this thread a bump to let everyone know you got back into your account and let us know what character names you're playing as. Thanks!

I figured I would check in here with my original 'New Player Check In', my very first post on this forum coming up on 19 years ago!

First of all, I'd like to say "hello" to you all. I'm new to the site and this is my first post. I'm hoping to contribute to as much as possible to the SWG Roleplay environment, personal time constraints permitting.

In response to the poll, my answer is "YES" All of the above. I realize this is somewhat non-conformist and I apologize for that, but my idea of roleplay is based on a "fluid foundation".

Basically, I want my roleplay to "behave" like water, dynamic to the fullest. Adaptable, existing in several different states. Unpredictable, finding it's own level, regardless of convenience.

I agree with Nyase, in that plots are "always in motion". However, I also realize that it will be difficult to create "improvisational story arcs".

What I think will work for us is to create one of each type of the listed choices. One of each type, at the least. Some may interlink or not, but we'll get the best stories from accepting all of the styles.

I think our guiding question will be "which of the above choices do we pick first. "

E-bo Obi is sort of back. I somehow ended up on that Tatooine planet again. I'm not fond of that place. I am doing great things for the locals and paying off my community service by eliminating the varmint issues outside the city.
