Okay, so I have a lvl 3 flight computer and I have a level 3 droid interface(bothe of which I'm certified to use--thanks Nyase!). I used the chips to burn the commands to them...and I've initialized the flight computer to my datapad. I cannot drag the burned chips over to the flight computer though. Does this need to be done by a droid engineer?

Go to the chips once again in your inventory. Click on them, open the radial menu, and you should see an option to do something after Analyze. Click that. It will transfer the chips to your datapad.

Then, in the datapad, open up the flight comp like it is a backpack, and drag those chips in there.
