Looks like I'm one of the few that doesn't mind a "long" read. I can dig it. It's cool with me.

I agree also that general lack of feedback to this is a positive mark of your talent so far. I'll see if I can go over the stories again. Some new idea seeds may have grown since first reading.

I guess I'm surprised at the definitions of "long." I've gotten in the habit of printing most of the Dwilah stories out and most of them aren't much longer than a page, page and a half in length in Times New Roman 12-point...if that long.

As for the lovin', I do provide ample warning. Most of the time. Besides, I don't post all the hardcore stuff I write. For my eyes only. Hurrr.

I enjoy your stories very much, I haven't really looked at what doesn't make sense, or really critiqued them... I can try to whenever I read them from now on though

The forum and print are two different beasts of media. One is easily read at your leisure in bed, in a comfy chair (nobody expects a spanish inquisition!) or wherever you can relax. A forum is read on a bright computer screen most likely under poor lighting in a chair which is bound to make your ass numb in 30 minutes and counting not to mention you try and read the stories at work while only having a window of two and a half minutes before you boss comes by again with another assinine piece of work for you to do so he can get credit.

Long doesn't mean you wrote too much. On a forum "long" means some people won't have a chance to read it all in one sitting.

I don't really have the job problems... but I have been given shit to do that I get absolutley no credit for, Feels Great!!!

but yeah.. Not long, just not always readable at work cause of time constraints...(for some) but then again I see some people on here rarley some days, then on all day others...

To me "long" starts about 1.5 screens worth of text when reading it in my browser.

If there is almost no whitespace (paragraphs), long becomes about 8 lines of text.

If the spelling and grammar is horrible, long is about 3 lines.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy many of your sequances. I have just written a post in the across the galaxy. I guess my writin style is basically the idea of keeping it as short as possible without ecluding the detail that I want. I think my last post was about as long as I would want an IC post. I don't know, its not even really an IC post but more of a third person story anyway.
